Some of my tickets aren’t showing up on my account, what can I do?

All tickets will be shown on the account which was used to make the purchase. You can view these at www.fatsoma.com/orders


You may have used a different account if you cannot find some of your orders.


Check your other emails if you cannot find them in your usual account.
